Join a community of thought leaders and and change makers
The best way to understand the weight of this programme is to hear from the people who’ve been through it before you. Our alumni are thought leaders who publish, teach, and transform their organisations.
The impact of my studies – even at PGDip level – was immediate and profound. I found myself applying newly acquired methodologies, such as the ‘five whys’ root-cause analysis framework, to workplace challenges. This systematic approach to problem-solving enhanced not only my own effectiveness but also improved team communication and collaboration.
My business education armed me with the confidence and credibility I needed to drive organisational-level change.
Studying has provided me with a framework for thinking beyond immediate solutions. It has taught me to see the bigger picture – to understand how individual decisions ripple through entire organisations and stakeholder networks.
Apply for the DBA if you are passionate about solving old challenges in new ways
A typical Henley DBA student is an experienced business consultant or manager with at least five years’ experience and a minimum entry level of a Masters degree in a relevant discipline, typically with a research component. The degree also requires a certain level of intellectual humility: the willingness to take what you think you know and subject it to the rigour of academic evidence. If you’re looking for a shortcut to a title, this isn't the right fit. If you are grappling with a challenge that needs a new way of thinking, it is.
Management experience
